ASTAROTHFire consumes all.
First Name: Astaroth (Uh-star-uth, formerly Jake)
Last Name: Blackthorn (Formerly Blackwell)
Species: Human
Age: 19
Gender: Male
OOC Name: Jeepers
Other Characters: Nada
Physical
Ref Picture: Have fun.
Eye Color: Blue
Hair Color: Black
Height: 6'2
Weight: 160 lbs
General Appearance: Somewhat tall, though slender. There isn't much fat on him at all, but there is muscle - but he still fits into the 'average' category. His hair is raven black, and when not sleeked down can appear spiky and even fluffy. It barely brushes the man's shoulders, though it's threatening to get longer - Star tries his best to keep it in check. It does whatever it wants, falling into some place upon the human's awakening and shifting throughout the day, but usually it hangs over his left eye. His eyes are a shade of medium blue, though it can look darker or lighter depending on distance and lighting. Those eyes are sometimes outlined in black, though poor Star is running out of eyeliner. The man tends to wear a load of necklaces and bracelets when not doing anything important, though he's got a silver ring on his right ring finger that he never lets out of his sight.
Voice: Andy Sixx (Andrew Biersack)
Already accounted for.
Mental
Likes: Being respected, being admired, being the hero, praise of any kind.
Dislikes: Being disliked, being commanded by those weaker than him, having the spotlight stolen.
Strengths: Courageous, responsible, usually trustworthy, able to see the good in -most- people, a good speaker.
Weaknesses: Proud, can be very arrogant, does not take well to rejection or defeat.
Quirks: He relies on the phrase, "Fire consumes all," during times of hardship and it has somewhat become his 'catch phrase'.
Personality: Astaroth is not proud of his human blood at all. He would much rather be a demon or an angel, and at one time disliked his fellow humans. He is a mix of various traits - some of what could be called a villain, and others of a true hero. He is able to recognize and use the skills of others, and may even share the glory with his followers. His ambition is great, and he dreams of leading a mighty army. When he speaks, he doesn't seem to have to consider his words: They roll off his tongue and are known to evoke emotion in many who listen. Star is unafraid and bold, always standing up for what he believes to be right. But he is not quite kind to those outside his rule. For them, his only words will usually be, "Join or die." He can be a very passionate and kindly man, but can also turn around and slay the innocent if it brings him gain. For all his love of peace, there is also a love of war - he is able to enjoy each equally. Sitting back and reading a book is just as good as slashing open those who oppose him. Star also may go to any length to get glory and power when pushed. A dark king Arthur, indeed.
History
Family:JamesandHeather Blackwell, parents.Jacob Blackwell, brother.Rose Reed-Blackwell, sister.
History: Jake was the youngest of the Blackwell children, born at the height of the battles that shook the earth to its core. However, his family's money and location kept him safe from most of the turmoil for his younger years. A huge fan of 'scene, screamo, emo,' and 'rave' bands, he styled his hair to copy his idols. He loved both of his parents as any shild should, and they loved him back. He looked up to his older siblings, Rose and Jacob. He was very innocent, but eventually the news caught up with the Blackwells. They first saw it on the news - death tolls in the millions, entire countries fallen. Jacob want to fight in the war, much to his family's horror. Unsurprisingly, he was shipped back in pieces not but a month later. Jake was outraged and shaken to his core, even moreso when his sister and her husband tried to flee the country and were shot dead. He hated his life, hated his country, hated the world itself. Suicide was ever so tempting when he was told he would soon join the army, and had no choice. The US was losing the war. His path was suddenly split three different ways. He could just blow his brains out - that would end his suffering before it got unbearable. He could give up and go to war, where he would without a doubt die. Or he could do something else... Three days before he was to be shipped to battle, he stood just a few steps from the front door, kissing his mother goodbye, a tear streaming down his face. Everything he could carry was packed into two bags, one slung over each shoulder. He left his home with clothes, canned food, bottled water, a gun, and plenty of ammo. He traveled in the forests, all the while growing from a terrified teenager to a brave, capable man. He eventually met up with several others, and together they formed a tribe. Each of them had left their old named behind. Jake Blackwell was now Astaroth Blackthorn, and not a soul knew his true birth name. They were among the first to witness the strange killings - at the time, Star was just a loyal warrior. But the killings brought out a part of the man that he never knew existed. The want to be loved, the need for admiration and respect. He was a valued member of his tribe, but he wanted more. Many times, he set out secretly to try to discover the culprits, but was unable. He was pretty shocked - as was everybody else - when the existence of demons was discovered. At this point, Astaroth began to yearn for that life. Everybody listened to what they said. They were terrifying and yet mystifying all at once. But he did come to his senses, about the time that angels arrived as well. Troubles with his tribe leader caused Star to leave, and he currently wanders the forest looking for supporters.
What's the secret phrase? Pumpkin Hat.
